Pro Shine Elite LLC ("we", "our", "Pro Shine") provides residential, short-term rental, commercial, deep, and specialty cleaning services in San Diego and Riverside counties, California. The services we provide on any given job are described in the written or verbal quote you receive from us. Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before being performed.
Prices on this website are starting points for typical spaces in good condition. The final price for any job is set in writing or by text before work begins. Jobs that turn out to be heavier than described at quote time may be re-quoted before continuing, with your consent.
Recurring service contracts are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end recurring service with 14 days notice.
Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a 50% fee for the scheduled visit (we have already routed the day around your appointment). No-call no-shows may be charged the full visit rate.
We carry $1M general liability insurance and are fully bonded. If we damage something during a clean, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to repair or replace. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, items improperly secured, or items not disclosed to us at quote time.
Please secure or remove any valuables, fragile items, or sentimental property before your appointment. We treat every space with care, but we cannot be responsible for items not protected at quote time.
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for completed work, only re-cleans of the specific areas in question.
We service San Diego County and Riverside County. We may decline jobs that fall outside our service area or that we are not equipped to perform safely.
These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved in San Diego County or Riverside County, California.
