A wash removes what is sitting on the paint. An exterior detail removes what is stuck to it. Iron remover and clay treatment pull out bonded brake dust and contaminants so the ceramic spray bonds to clean paint instead of sealing in the gunk.
We do not offer paint correction, wet sanding, or compounding. If your paint needs enhancement, the one-step polish packages are the right call.
Seats, steering wheel, console, door panels, cupholders, vents, mats, and glass. For daily drivers, family cars, lease returns, and vehicles being sold, a clean cabin makes the whole car feel different.
Heavy pet hair, sand, spills, and stains are quoted as add-ons so the base price stays honest. We tell you what we find before we charge extra for it.

Riverside vehicles deal with sun, dust, freeway film, sprinkler water, hard-water minerals, and hot driveway parking. A good mobile detail is not just a wash. It is the right combination of safe washing, decontamination, interior cleaning, and paint protection for the condition of the vehicle.
Ceramic spray is a short-term paint protectant that adds gloss, slickness, and water beading after a proper wash or exterior detail. It is not the same as a multi-year ceramic coating. A true ceramic coating usually requires deeper paint prep, controlled application, and longer cure time. For most daily drivers in Riverside, ceramic spray is a practical maintenance option because it improves shine and makes future washes easier without the cost of a permanent coating.
Traditional wax can add warmth and shine, but it usually breaks down faster in heat and sun. Ceramic spray is often a better fit for Riverside mobile detailing because it is quick to apply, bonds well to clean paint, and gives strong water behavior for a maintenance service. We use ceramic spray as protection after the paint is washed and, when needed, decontaminated with iron remover or clay.
Deionized water helps reduce mineral spotting because many of the dissolved minerals have been removed before the rinse. That matters in Riverside because hard water and hot panels can leave spots quickly. DI water is not a substitute for proper washing or drying, but it lowers the risk of fresh mineral deposits when conditions are hot, windy, or dusty.
Water spots can be simple mineral deposits sitting on the surface, or they can be etched into clear coat and glass. Fresh spots are often easier to improve with wash, chemical treatment, clay, or spot removal. Older spots may need polishing, and severe etching may not fully clear. We quote water spot removal separately because the right process depends on how long the minerals have been baked into the surface.
Oxidation happens when sun and exposure break down the top layer of paint or clear coat, leaving the finish dull, chalky, or faded. A wash alone will not fix oxidation. Our Complete Paint Enhancement includes decontamination and a one-step machine polish to improve gloss and clarity. It can make a big difference on lightly oxidized paint, but deep failure, peeling clear coat, or severe sun damage may require body shop repair.
If paint feels rough after washing, it may have bonded contaminants like brake dust, industrial fallout, tar, sap, or road film. Clay treatment and iron remover help pull contamination from the surface so protection can bond to clean paint. This is why an exterior detail costs more than a wash: the goal is to clean what is stuck to the paint, not just what is sitting on top.
For maintained vehicles, a Wash + Ceramic Spray every few weeks keeps the exterior cleaner and easier to maintain. If the interior is lightly used, add the Light Interior Refresh. If the cabin has pet hair, sand, spills, stains, or heavy buildup, book an Interior Reset Detail instead. For sale prep, lease returns, neglected daily drivers, or vehicles that need both inside and outside restored, the Full Reset Detail is usually the best starting point.
